We charge a fee of $799 at the start of the recruitment process and $799 upon successfully placing the contractor with you.
We offer a 90 day probationary period for all placements. This allows you time to evaluate both their soft and hard skills and determine if they are a good fit. If it is not working out or the contractor resigns during this period, we will replace them at no additional cost.
For clients with 3 or more open roles to fill, we offer promotional bundled pricing of $1000 per successful recruitment. This saves you $600 off our standard $1600 fee per hire. We’re happy to discuss details if you are ramping up for multiple openings. Just let us know the number of contractors needed and time frame.
No, you do not have to worry about any of those logistics. We take care of everything. Once a contractor is matched with your position, we facilitate all required documentation and agreements they may need. Payroll is handled directly through our company on a monthly or Biweekly basis. This allows you to avoid potential tax nexus issues as well as saves you administrative time and hassle. All you need to worry about is guiding their day-to-day work and reviewing performance. We’ll take care of the rest behind the scenes.
